  I used them for a move from Redwood City to Las Vegas.  They were communicative during the planning process, showed up promptly, were fully professional, and the team really worked… read more hard.  The items got delivered exactly when promised.  

They work fixed rate – we paid a certain amount for whatever could fit in the 26 foot truck.  I’m convinced I saved money versus someone charging by weight or by number of items.  But if you have less stuff you might find this pricing model less than ideal since you’ll be paying for wasted space in the truck.

I’m so happy with these guys that I’m planning to use them to do a local move within San Francisco for my company.

I could not have made a better choice by choosing Pyramid Movers.  During the… read more initial consultation I requested some very special, delicate and large items to be moved. Rusty said it could be done. Fast forward to moving day the guys got straight to work loading my 3 bedroom house into 2 trucks. They carefully wrapped my sofa, glass tabletops and delicate/breakable items. (Even the neighbors were amazed at how well things were wrapped). Upon arriving at the new location they unloaded the truck and placed my marked boxes in their appropriate rooms. I was certainly most appreciative of this extra step. As agreed upon for the next day, Rusty and his crew came back with a larger truck to move a few remaining items as well as my very large pieces. Rusty knows what he is doing because they were put on the truck and then placed at the new location carefully with absolutely no damage.
Choosing Rusty and his outstanding crew at Pyramid Movers was such an excellent choice. These guys are top notch professionals and will do the job right.  They will be my first call on my next move.

They are super organized and responsible (they wrap everything so carefully), friendly and a pleasure to work with. On all of these moves not one item has ever even gotten dinged!  I have some expensive furniture and fragile artwork and electronics and I’m really pretty high maintenance, so I feel very lucky to have such awesome movers.  I should add that on top of all that, their pricing is incredibly reasonable — please tip them well, they deserve it!

  On, May 14, 2022, arrangements were made through pack & load to have movers come &  pack an 8 foot POD. I met Rusty & Alex, who were going to… read more load everything that did not make it into the 16 foot POD. I had a 16ft POD, but the 2 young guys who came to load the POD, were unable to pack the POD adequately. Watching them work, it was evident they were not as skilled as they said.  I was told, “The 16 foot POD should use 6 ratchet straps,  in the shape of an X to hold everything in place.” The youngsters only used two.  It’s funny that young people think they know  everything and will not listen to information from a senior Citizen.    Everything that was told to me, I explained several times to them. They did not use the information, to their benefit.  I’ve been worried about my belongings, since it left the property.  I won’t know the condition til everything is moved into a new house, which I haven’t found. That’s the reason for the 2nd POD, more money being spent unnecessarily. When the 8ft POD was delivered (on Friday the 13th, you almost feel evil lurking) it looked impossible to load all of my left over belongs in that tiny POD.  Also, no one came to load the POD on Friday, as the youngsters had promised. They lied, about scheduling an appointment. I had ask several times, about the appointment. Well, you have not met, Rusty & Alex. They promised to do their best to get everything in the POD. They worked hard & consistent to pack, wrap & move everything.  Things were placed where they would fit & every bit of open space, was used. This was all done from 830-1056am, less than three hours. The Lord was on our side, because everything fit. I now have to pay for 2 PODs, which will cost close to $500.00, a month. Many people say, “You get what you pay for. Well, it cost $539.00, for three hours, for the young movers. That’s like saying, “Throwing good money after bad workers! Thank You again, Rusty & Alex for a job well done. I was well informed & everything was explained from the beginning to the end. If you are planning a move and need movers, you should call Pyramid Movers for Rusty & Alex, they were great!

  Overall an amazing experience! Moving is always stressful. Rusty and his crew met all my deadlines on time and made moving a breeze. I will definitely be hiring these guys… read more again when the time comes.
